Push/Pull Balance Journey
As a newer climber in '22, my training was historically pull-dominant (0.80:1 push-to-pull in 2022). I've been intentionally increasing push volume almost almost exclusive to rebalance my weightlifting efforts — currently at 1.64:1 in 2025. I only workout at most 2 times a week.
