I am Kevin T. Nguyen, a marketer and builder working where marketing, data, and AI overlap. I think about how useful systems get made: how a question becomes a measurement plan, how a messy workflow becomes a tool, and how technology can leave more room for good judgment.
My current work includes AI tools for small businesses and fractional CMO projects. I write about measurement, attribution, dashboards, and agentic commerce; this site is also a record of the things I notice while moving between the U.S. and Japan.
Outside of work, I shoot 35mm film, climb, look for good coffee, collect travel recommendations, and read slowly. The pages below are the best starting points for understanding what I do and what I care about.
